Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RIXO ⋆ garment tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
